Terms of Service

Welcome to LoomStudios. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our property management calendar overlay services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Subscription and Services

LoomStudios provides a visual calendar interface for property managers. The Service is provided on a subscription basis at the rate of $49/month. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

2. Use of Third-Party Data (AppFolio)

LoomStudios is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with AppFolio, Inc. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, including the scheduling of automated reports from AppFolio to our ingestion system, complies with AppFolio's terms and your internal data policies.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your LoomStudios account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We do not require, and you should never provide us with, your AppFolio login credentials or passwords.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoomStudios (owned by Julian Sharon) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to double-booked maintenance tasks or data discrepancies.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
