Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your LoomStudios subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund for new subscribers if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account details.

3. No Pro-rated Refunds

Outside of the 7-day guarantee, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access until the end of that month.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed by our payment partner (Dodo Payments) and typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days.
