• Maintenance Data: We process data contained in the CSV reports you send to our system, including work order numbers, technician names, property addresses, and dates.
• Payment Info: Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We do not store your credit card or bank details.

2. How We Use Data

We use data from your AppFolio reports solely to generate your visual calendar and related scheduling workflows. We do not sell, rent, or share your maintenance data with third parties for advertising.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. We retain maintenance data only as long as your account is active, and delete data within 30 days after cancellation unless a longer retention period is required by law.

4. Third-Party Disclaimer

We do not store or ask for your AppFolio passwords. We only process data that you manually or automatically export to us via email.
